MCM House is committed to providing high-quality furniture and homewares; however, if your selection is not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible items in their original condition. Please note that custom made-to-order pieces and final sale items are generally excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team or visit a showroom within 14 days of receiving your delivery to request a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the item is unused, unassembled, and secured in its original MCM House packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Arrange Collection

  Our logistics team will coordinate a professional courier collection for large furniture items, or provide instructions for returning smaller homewares via post.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, excluding any applicable shipping fees.
